How do I get it all done?
Spoiler alert….you can’t! But you CAN map our your days with manageable goals so you’ll feel empowered and not inadequate.
1 ] Spending an hour one day a week [Sundays work best for me] to look at your week ahead and make time for “Pulling Weeds”, “Planting Seeds” and “Self Care” along with your regular work and family activities.
2 ] Everyone has their own method. Andrea creates layers upon layers in her Google Calendar and keeps threatening to show me how it will change my life. I on the other hand, like seeing everything laid out on paper [as well as having the basics online].
3 ] When you get overwhelmed, tell yourself “I have more than enough time to accomplish everything I need to accomplish with grace” Eye Roll….but I do legit say this to myself…
4 ] Knock out the hardest thing on your To Do List first.
5 ] When I feel myself spinning out of control, I try to remember to tell myself to slow down my movement and speech…like I’m moving through jello.
6 ] Wash the dishes and tidy up a bit before bed if you can muster it.
7 ] I say this in every blog post but get enough sleep!!!!! No Netflix binge is that important.
